"Welcome home, Boss."

You make a good point about Bellick's story line on Prison Break. I got so caught up in the irony of having him back at Fox River as an inmate that I didn't really think about the plausibility of the plot, which is what the writers probably hoped. You're right though-- I can see that he would be a strong suspect, but it's pretty improbably that he would go straight from arrested and questioned to nearly sentenced to death in the span of a few days. And that his lawyer thought his sentence was a done deal even though there isn't any actual evidence besides a threat made on the phone. Poor Brad. Am I correct in saying that it was Bellick who actually put Tweener with Avocado because Tweener woudn't consent to do his dirty work and find out what Scofield was doing? I guess what goes around comes around.
