I'm a journalism grad student at the University of Texas, aiming to be an arts/culture writer. After living near Austin for most of my life, I strongly believe that it is one of the best cities in the world. I just adopted a dog, Henry, whom I completely adore. I am an arts addict - everything from TV to museums to a good book can keep me enthralled for long, long periods of time. I spent a semester living in Scotland and backpacked in western Europe, which was an incredible experience, but I would someday like to see the rest of the world.
